An Imposing George II Tallboy

18th century
Description

An imposing George II tallboy or chest on chest. With a magnificent architectural broken arch over a blind fret and dental cornice. The top section with two short and three long oak lined drawers and with canted and blind fret corners. The lower section, with three long drawers, is raised on Ogee feet. In very good condition and retaining a good colour and waxed patina. 2210mm high, 1210mm wide and 600mm deep. English. Circa 1750.
