Description

A beautiful vintage paste necklace, dating from c.1930s and emulating the Victorian and Georgian rivière look.

The gemstones are glass, looking very much like blue topaz, and the settings are silver-plated metal.

In very good vintage condition, with normal age-related wear to the silver surfaces. All the pastes are well matched and twinkly with no chips or cracks and the springring clasp is secure.

Length: Just over 15 and a half inches (40cm).

Width: The stones vary from approximately 0.6cm to 1cm wide.

Weight: 23.3g.
