Description

A joyous late 19th century Austro-Hungarian gilded solid silver pendant set with turquoise cabochons and juicy garnets and decorated with flower motifs. In typical Austro-Hungarian style the pendant has lovely detailing on the back as well as the front.

The piece has a brooch fitting with a hinged clasp which folds the pin neatly down if you wish to wear it as a pendant. There are two tiny loops at the bottom edge which likely once held additional drops.

Stamped with a Hungarian silver hallmark at the back.

Overall in very good antique condition. The top flower has a little bit of the edge of two petals missing and one of the amethysts is a little chipped.
