A fine Victorian onyx ring that is unusual, unique and all the better for it. The high-domed cabochon onyx is set with a cushion shaped old mine cut diamond in the centre, and surrounded by 26 rose cut diamond in silver. A further 18 rose cut diamonds are set in the shoulders, leading to a slim, 18k rose gold shank.
Cut – Old mine cut diamond in the centre, with rose cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – The diamonds are I to J.
Clarity – The diamonds are VS2 to SI2; all the diamonds are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The centre diamond is approximately 0.10 carat, with a total overall diamond carat weight of 1.00 carat
Circa – 1900.
Size – L 1/2 (UK) or 5 7/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The ring is 19.1mm along the finger and sits 8mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k rose gold. The diamonds are set in silver. Tested.
