A 19th century oak hall bench , sweet small size. This hall bench/window seat has a moulded seat with canted corners and raised bolster turned ends, which sit on elegant ornate turned legs. The oak timber has an attractive grain and patina. This small bench or window seat would easily fit into any home.
All joints are firm and it is structurally sound.
Circa 1880.
