Description

Antique Edwardian Mahogany Astragal Glazed Display Cabinet of Chippendale revival and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded edge to the top above an astragal glazed door with working key and internal glass shelf. The base has a gadrooned edge to the top above a long single oak lined drawer with original brass handles and above fretwork supports to each corner. It is raised on squared and reeded legs on a carved foot joined by a shaped shelf. The top removes for ease of transporting.
