Delightful George V Silver Hat Pin Holder & Ring Tree by Adie & Lovekin, Birmingham 1922

Description

This exquisite solid silver ring tree made by Adie & Lovekin and dated Birmingham 1922. The plain circular loaded base with a central stem. The stem with a terminal modelled as a thistle and inset with an amber glass finial. The textured terminal with three ring hooks emanating from heart-shaped wirework frames.

Hallmarks:

ALLD for Adie & Lovekin.

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Date letter "y" for 1922.

Lion passant.

Condition:

Good.

Slight surface scratches and a ding on the base.

Good set of marks.

Dimensions:

Height: 9.5cm - 3.6 inches.

Base diameter: 4 cm - 1.4 inches.
