Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
It has been recently reupholstered, with button back, with a few marks and slight wear but otherwise good. A low slung chair that would make a wonderful bedroom chair or dressing table chair.

In good solid condition. The upholstery is quite new (a few small marks and slight wear). General wear and marks to the frame commensurate with age. The front castors are good quality replacements.
