For sale is this good and rare RAF issued Jaeger-LeCoultre pocket watch with enlarged sub-seconds dial, no 6E/50 A14226, circa 1940. The pocket watch is in unrestored original condition including its front lens, and retains its excellent white Air Ministry design dial with the large sub-seconds dial, that was preferred by RAF navigators for charting and timing. It also retains its original fine deep blue stylized handset that is synonymous to this version. The original case retains a reasonable proportion of its original plate although there is service wear, as shown in the pics. Fully signed fine gilt movement in full working order and keeping time. The watch is 5.2cm in diameter excluding the winding crown. Price £595.00 inclusive of sending to within the UK
