Stunning very early Charles II Gilt wall mirror c1680.

Frame in a remarkable state of preservation, finely carved all over, gilding is wonderfully mellow and has a stunning country house, untouched look.

Complete with its heavily distressed/ foxed mercury silvered mirror plate, giving a very atmospheric reflection.
