A Rare Satinwood & Paint Decorated Card Table

Description

A rare George III satinwood & paint decorated demi lune card table. Raised in fine square tapered legs with original paint decoration to them and the frieze. The satinwood top is banded with partridge wood and ebony and boxwood stringing and opens to reveal a baize lined card playing surface. In very good and original condition. 760mm high, 940mm wide and 470mm deep. English. Circa 1790.
