Penderyn Antiques has dated this piece to the 17th Century.
The table sits on bobbin turned legs which are connected to straight stretcher supports. There is a single fitted drawer to one end with a simple brass drop handle and backplate. The top also features a carved pattern to the edge which adds to its great charm.

Item Ref; M-3419
DIMENSIONS:
Height – 73.5cm / Width – 111cm / Depth – 48cm / Depth (Extended) - 128cm
CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, stains, shrinkage and splits to the table top (pictured), further marks and scratches to the legs. There is also fading to the surface top but this adds to its characteristics. There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. Due to the table's age, there are some movements in the joints, however the antique oak gate leg table remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a good example.
