Pair of 18th C Cast Silver Candlesticks

Description

A Pair of 18th Century Silver Candlesticks.

Each with a lift our drip pan of dished scallop shape, decorated with spreading leaves. The drip pans fitting within waisted vase shaped candle holders, with rope twist banding above knopped stems, topped by falling leaves, supported by rising and fluted leaves. The stems finished with ringed rope twist edge rings, before the bases spreading in flutes to the scallop decorated foot.

Hallmarked for Ebenezer Coker, London 1761.

A Pair of 18th Century Silver Candlesticks.
