Description

An early planked oak coffer in excellent original condition and of large scale. Remarkably this coffer hasn't lost any of its height over its 400 year existence, still standing proud on its V cut ends. Each end supported with large cusped spandrels to the front and unusually also to the back.

In excellent condition with original hinges, lock plate, till and remains of the original hasp.
