The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a Swiss 7-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Bravingtons name.
The name was registered in 1935, and this particular watch would date back to the 1940s.

The watch measures 33mm excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is plated while the case back is stainless steel. There is some minor marking to the front and sides, and some wear to the back of the watch.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is signed Bravingtons Renown Junior. It is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in its vintage Bravingtons presentation box.
