This is a superb quality 19th century French sofa. The deep buttoned details with the piecrust edge is a great combination and when this upholstered it will be a very inviting settee. Combine that with the original gilt legs it really is rather special. Comfy and attractive size. Evidence of historic worm in the legs but all treated and doesn't effect the structural stability. I also have a matching pair of chairs that can be purchased separately to this sofa.
