Description

A large and impressive freestanding French 19th Century antique mahogany console / serving / library table, having a lovely figured top with rounded corners above three oak lined frieze with brass engraved handles, shaped apron at the front of the table, supported on bold turned legs decorated with brass capitals terminating on turned feet, united by a shaped stretcher with a highly decorative central lyre support. Fabulous quality and lovely rich warm mahogany colour. Circa 1880. Some minor damage at the rear of the table as shown in the photo.
