Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The serpentine front has two faux drawers with little knobs. The box is opened by lifting the top of the dressing table but first the mirror has to be flipped right around so that the back of the mirror faces forward, the top will not open with the mirror facing forward acting as a "secret mechanism".

Excellent condition, measuring 2 1/2" across x 1 3/4" deep x 4" tall to top of mirror.
