Antique Victorian Walnut Open Bookcase

Description

A lovely original antique Victorian open bookcase in walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1880-1890’s period.

It is very well made and is a useful size. There is plenty of storage space, yet it’s not too imposing. The walnut has a lovely colour and grain patterns. The two shelves are adjustable and are held up by sharks teeth supports.

We have just had this re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age, with minor wear beneath the polish here and there commensurate for age.
