An Albertina chain is the name given to a watch chain worn by women.
The Albertina chains were generally finer than the Albert chains, and often were multi-stranded, with charms and fobs.
The love heart centre of this Albertina chain creates a very feminine look, with delicate engraving on both sides.
This is a high quality example which can be worn as a watch chain or bracelet.
