Victorian Winsor Castle Engraved Rummer - Great Exhibition 1851

Technical Description
 
A fantastic Victorian Glass Rummer made for the Great Exhibition of London in 1851.
 
 
A very rare example, it has a large round funnel bowl engraved with a detailed scene from Winsor Castle, Nelson''s ship, the Victory as well as the Royal Coat of Arms.
 
 
Sits on a thick capstan stem and wide conical foot which has been engraved with Acorn leaves and has a snapped pontil.
 
 
This is the second of two similar glasses, the other now sold, and we would say that these are the first examples we have ever come across.

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration
