Jacobean Oak Chest of Drawers Circa 1680

Description

Very fine Jacobean dark oak chest of three long oak lined drawers and standing on bun feet. Wonderfully moulded drawer fronts with turned walnut split ballasters to side and centre. Paneled ends and back. Comes in two parts as it should. Side runners to drawers. Old but not original brass handles. All in superb original condition with hardly a repair. Wonderful dark almost bog oak colour with superb waxed patina. It glows.
