Andrew Cox Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The top is mounted with a hinged silver lid, with thumb grip and pouring lip. The kidney shaped Whisky label is also silver and has hallmarks. Whisky tot's are sometimes know as chotopegs and are both usable and decorative. The label is for the rarer Irish Whiskey as opposed to Scotch, which is spelled Whisky. Dimensions below.
