Description

These wonderful antique earrings have lavender purple amethyst beads set into solid silver setting with a five-petalled flower design at the base.

The earrings overall are in very good antique condition; the amethysts have some surface pits, mainly from their natural inclusions, and the silver loops at the top which support the ear wires have thinned over time. We have not overpolished the silver as many customers prefer to retain the patina of age but the earrings could easily be polished up to a higher shine.

Size: Approximately 3cm total drop from the top of the ear wire; one earring hangs a little lower than the other. The amethyst bead is around 1.3cm across.

Total weight: 9.7g.
