A very decorative true pair of Victorian Amboyna and Ebonised left & right handed side cabinets with gilded highlights.The tops having inset Amboyna banding between boxwood and ebony stringing with gilded and moulded edge. The frieze and canted corners all have conforming inlay with the latter having scribed gilded flutes. The glazed doors open to reveal the original blue velvet lined interior with ebony shelf fronts and gilded lines and complete with working brass locks & keys. The cabinets stand on plinth bases with conforming canted corners and gilded decoration and are in very good condition. Dimensions:- Height…39.5’’/ 100cm. Width…29’’/ 74cm. Depth…14.5’’/ 36cm.
