Description

A wonderful Art Deco oak bureau dating from circa 1930s. This attractive piece of furniture is of good quality and comprises a drop down fall over 3 drawers. The fall front drops down on an arm to reveal 3 pigeon holes, it has a green writing surface and it locks and comes with 2 working keys. In a beautifully figured mellow quarter swan oak veneer, it stands on a plinth base and has its original pull handles. Would make a office chest or hall bureau.

Good condition. Nice patination to the wood. A few small chips to veneer in places. General wear and marks commensurate with age.
