A charming Japanese Meiji period porcelain okimono designed to imitate a Tokyo school Ivory depicting an egg tester sat on a bale of hay peering into an egg as the chicken stands by his feet looking up at him. This beautiful porcelain figurine is in excellent condition and is signed on the underside standing 4 inches tall.
