A fine quality Japanese Meiji period cloisonne enamel vase on midnight blue ground worked exclusively with silver wire depicting a bird in flight over a spray of different flowers. This beautiful vase has typical minor pitting otherwise it is in excellent condition and is marked for Gonda Hirosuke on the underside standing 3 ¾ inches tall.
