This is a very attractive, totally original 19th century painted pine housekeepers cupboard. This piece is stunning in so many ways. The original pale scumble paint shows signs of attractive wear but the majority is still retained. This is complimented beautifully with the bright blue interior paint. Again it looks original and is a fabulous feature. Both sets of doors lock and open easily as do the drawers at the bottom. The overall proportions make it a practical piece of furniture that doesn't dominate a space. It is one piece and doesn't split. The depth as well is so neat that it will work well in modern or traditional homes.
