A superb Japanese Meiji period bronze okimono of a tiger by Genryusai Seiya, depicted in a prowling stance with gaping mouth the feline has patinated stripes down his face & body. This fine Japanese bronze has a signature seal on the underside and is in excellent condition measuring 14 inches in length weighing 2.2Kg.
