Large Art Nouveau Amethyst Pearl & Diamond Pendant / Brooch

An absolutely splendid, large sized Art Nouveau Pendant / Brooch. A beautifully coloured large pear shaped amethyst is decorated with pearls and diamonds around the frame. The gold is a lovely rosy colour (yellow with a hint of rose would be the best description). It has a loop at the top to attach to a chain to be worn as a pendant and also has a good fastening pin at the back so could be worn as a brooch. The item has been tested and is 9ct gold.
A stunning item of jewellery - most definitely a very noticeable piece when worn and in super antique condition.
Period: Art Nouveau 1895 - 1920.
Measurements: Height: 4 cm Width at widest part: 2.3 cm Weight: 11 grams
