Description

An incredibly rare 19th century Walnut laundry basket by Morant & Co. Having a Walnut frame with cane panels and silk lining and raised on squat bun feet. The Walnut top with silk inset panels and finial handle lifts off to reveal the silk lined basket. Original finish throughout and in lovely antique condition. Stamped by the highly respected cabinet makers Morant & Co. English, Circa 1890.
