A fine Art Deco Triple Wardrobe by the high quality furniture makers ‘Gaylayde’’.

Attractive marquetry panels to each door depicting flowers and birds in mother of Pearl and exotic woods and further marquetry detailing around the edges. The wardrobe in walnut and sat on a macassar wood base. A double hanging space to the left with an internal full length mirror and to the right a further hanging rail, three open shelves and a drawer.

‘Gaylayde’ furniture by B.Cohen & Sons was first exhibited in 1926 at the London Furniture Exhibition and their bedroom, dining and living room furniture was sold in upmarket department stores in the UK.

The wardrobe can be divided into the hanging space, the storage section and the base to help with transportation and delivery to the required room.

All our furniture is professionally polished and restored where necessary.
