Description

A 19th Century Walnut Centre Table, Side Table.

The table top laid in eight book matched radiating veneered panels, meeting the vertical facing, over a broad frieze, with concealed drawer, and a lower edge mould. The top supported by three Herms, capped with brass masks of maidens, the herms tapering to brass feet, standing on small square plinths above the corners of the concave sided platform base, raised off the ground with bun feet.

Date circa 1870.
