Large Antique Carved Oak Throne Armchair

A heavily detailed antique carved oak throne armchair with leather seat. The antique carved oak armchair has a decorative carved high backrest, with shaped open arms. The antique carved throne has a solid oak seat, with a central leather inset, with brass studded edging. Raised on bobbin turned legs and stretcher supports. A wonderful talking point to any room, with powerful charm.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat, armrests and back (pictured). The leather seat has fading over time, and has a small tear (pictured). There is an honest repair to the seat (pictured), also fading to the armrests (pictured). There is evidence of historical woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique carved oak armchair remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a great example of carved antique furniture.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
