Edwardian Antique Mahogany Envelope Card Table

A unique and attractive Edwardian antique mahogany envelope card table. The antique card table has a square shaped top that twists on the base, and opens like an envelope to reveal a green baize card playing surface. The antique card table has a single fitted drawer to the one side, with a decorative brass handle. Raised on four cabriole style legs with beautiful carved detail, and ball and claw feet. A particularly good example, full of great charm.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the top surface, legs and feet (pictured). The green baize is in good condition with no apparent rips or tears. The antique card table remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawer running well. Overall, a fantastic piece of Edwardian furniture.
