This is an antique carved campaign table. An Anglo-Indian, rosewood folding colonial table, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

Finest quality, with superb carved detail and folding stand

Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order

Select stocks show superb grain interest and rich caramel hues

Articulated hexagonal stand folds away upon metal hinges

Fascinating circular top adorned with a gadrooned edge moulding

Pierced fretwork apron presents bunches of carved fruiting vines

Each splayed leg accentuated with small leaf details

Circular cap to the centre of the base hosts a compass leaf medallion
