A very fine set of solid silver cake forks, by the renowned silversmiths: Mappin & Webb. These plain polished silver forks are decorated with a neat pattern to the top of each handle. The forks are in super condition and all are fully hallmarked on the back of each for Sheffield 1927, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the silver maker''s mark: Mappin & Webb.
The forks are presented in the original box, which is in great condition (there is a slight mark to the cream satin interior under the lid, commensurate with age).
Would make a lovely wedding present - superb for afternoon tea!
