Large Antique Oak Pedestal Desk

A striking early 20th century antique oak pedestal desk, of large proportions. The antique oak pedestal desk has a rectangular shaped top which sits above an arrangement of two pull out writing surfaces and eight drawers, around a central kneehole. This excellent example of an antique pedestal desk comes apart in three sections for ease of transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, stains and to the top, writing surfaces and the drawer fronts (pictured). The antique oak pedestal desk remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Comes apart in three sections for ease of transport, the top would need to be secured to the base with the screws provided. Overall, a neat example.
