Penderyn Antiques has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
To the sides of the drop front drawer is an arrangement of four small drawers over three long graduating drawers, each with oval brass drop handles. Raised on bracket feet. A particularly pleasing example, with great colour throughout.

Item Ref; M-4068
DIMENSIONS:
Height – 109cm / Width – 125cm / Depth – 57.5cm
CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and dents to the drawers, sides and top (pictured), also splits to the top and sides (pictured). There are minor losses to the beading on some of the drawers (pictured), also an honest repair to one of the bracket feet (pictured), but this doesn’t affect the integrity of the piece. The antique mahogany secretaire chest remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Complete with working lock and key for the three bottom drawers. Overall, a good example of its kind.
