Description

Stylish Art Deco table top sculpture by the Italian artist Ugo Cipriani (1897-1960) c.1930. Cast in spelter as a young woman in a two tone bias cut dress kneeling to pet a borzoi hound. Original paintwork to the skin and gilded finish to the hound and the woman’s hair. Presented on a two tone marble plinth signed U. Cipriani in one corner. Very good original condition with just a couple of very small chips to the plinth.
