A Late 19th Century Copper & Brass Fireside Log Bucket

Description

A large late 19th Century copper fireside log bucket. Bearing no makers mark, but dating to c1880-1900. Standing on three brass claw feet with brass handles. Of a sturdy riveted design, with a slight hand hammered finish.

The condition is good overall with no major dents. It has a small split to the rim of the base and is discoloured to the interior and base, as is to be expected.

Weight approx 4.3kg.
