Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Fall Front Bureau with Glazed Top

A beautiful Edwardian antique inlaid mahogany bureau with glazed top. The antique mahogany bureau has a fall front which opens to reveal a fitted interior, complete with a green leather writing surface, and an arrangement of nine drawers and four pigeonholes. To the top is a two door glazed cabinet, which opens to reveal an adjustable shelved interior. The antique mahogany bureau separates into three sections for ease of transport. A particularly pleasing example, with rich colour and inlaid detail throughout. Complete with working lock and key.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches, marks and stains to the interior, as well as the sides. The antique mahogany bureau remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a fantastic example of an Edwardian bureau.
