A C19th, oak framed and button down leather hide upholstered armchair, from the late Victorian period. This handsome well proportioned armchair with solid English oak frame, upholstered back pad, seat and arm pads, recently reupholstered in chocolate brown leather hide, finished with close nailed antique brass tack trim. Raised on ring turned front legs on flared rim brass cup castors.

This armchair measures approximately 99 cm (39'') tall, 63 cm (25'') wide, and 66.5 cm (26'') deep. The seat height is approximately 49 cm (19'').

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This armchair is in a very good condition commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. Minor marks, blemishes and wear. Recently reupholstered. Very serviceable and ready to use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
