Antique 19th Century Walnut Armoire C1890

Antique 19th CenturyFrench Walnut Armoire Wardrobe and dating from around 1890. Constructed from quality walnut it has a moulded cornice above a deep cross banded frieze and with a central full length bevelled mirrored door and flanked on either side by a narrow full length door with moulded panels and brass escutcheons and working key. Internally there is double hanging space with shelf to the base and to one side there are three shelves. To the base there are two pine lined drawers with brass escutcheons and working key. It is moulded to the base and is raised on bun feet. It separates for ease of transporting.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
