Description

An attractive and well presented antique Victorian mahogany bow front chest of drawers. The mahogany chest has an arrangement of two short drawers over three long graduating drawers, each with turned wooden knobs. There are decorative turned quarter pilasters to either side of the drawers with carved detailing to the tops.

Height – 108cm / Width – 105cm / Depth – 52.5cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and staining to the top surface and drawer fronts (pictured). There are some splits to the top (pictured) and some fading to the sides. The bow front chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound. Some minor losses to the cockbeading around the drawers. Overall, a good example.
