A very elegant antique solid silver Tazza. The shape is beautifully graceful: a plain polished silver bowl with a gorgeous wavy shape and a simple slightly protruding edge. It stands on a baluster shaped upright base and a circular foot. A superb Tazza. The quality of the craftmanship is apparent and it is a good heavy gauge silver.
The hallmarks are visible on the inside of the bowl for Sheffield 1923, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker''s mark for the silversmith Walker & Hall.
