Penderyn Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The antique secretaire chest has an arrangement of three graduating drawers, each fitted with thick and round brass drop handles. A particularly pleasing example, with a decorative apron and good colour throughout.

Item Ref; M-3974
DIMENSIONS:
Height – 124cm / Width – 107cm / Depth – 53cm
CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches, marks and splits to the drawer fronts, side and top (pictured). There are also a few small repair patches to the veneer (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the integrity of the product. The antique secretaire chest remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a neat example of a Victorian secretaire chest.
