Description

A good quality George III mahogany linen press. The moulded and dentil cornice having a figured mahogany frieze above 2 doors with wonderful flame mahogany panels and turned beading with brass closing strip. The doors open to reveal 5 mahogany faced linen slides. The lower section having 2 short over a deep long cock beaded drawers with clover shaped inlaid brass escutcheons, brass ring pulls and working locks with keys. The whole raised on turned feet and in very good original condition. Dimensions:- Height…75''/ 192.5cm. Width…52.75''/ 134cm. Depth…25''/ 64cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £85.
