Description

A substantial and unusual William & Mary style walnut and oyster wood cocktail cabinet on stand. The moulded and cross grain walnut cornice above a pair of cross banded and oyster panelled doors with applied solid mouldings. The doors open and slide back inside the cabinet for easy use and has a working lock with key. The sides have conforming cross banding and oyster veneers. The base section having solid cross grain mouldings above 2 oyster faced drawers with chased brass handles and oak linings. The whole supported on 4 bobbin turned legs with bun feet and joined by an “X” frame stretcher with central turned finial. Condition- very good and ready for use. Dimensions:- Max.Height…68’’/ 173cm.
